An investor  can invest in an entrepreneur's creative idea just like one would invest in a company on the stock market.

• Donation: Investors who believe in the potential of an entrepreneur have an opportunity to purchase creator tokens (YTN_creatorname). This type of smart contract is perfect for investors who want to capitalize on an entrepreneur's long-term potential.

• Debt: This involves borrowing money to be repaid, plus interest. As an investor, you can lend money to an entrepreneur in exchange for his/her creator tokens (YTN_creatorname), plus interest. A lender is entitled only to the repayment of the agreed-upon principal of the loan, plus interest. A lender has no direct claim on future profits of the business

• Revenue share: This involves raising money by sharing revenues in a business. As an investor, you can contribute money to a specific entrepreneur’s project in exchange for creator tokens (YTN_creatorname) and revenue share in the project. Once the project begins generating revenues, you, as the investor, receive your revenue share.

• Equity: Equity involves raising money by selling interests in a company. As an investor, you can contribute money to someone’s project that was built by using blockchain technology. As the project grows, you get paid simply for owning the business's share. In addition, you participate in the core decision-making processes that define the future of the project.

The platform introduces users to a new financial asset – “Human Intelligence”. The platform allows any user to “sell themselves” in a form of a personal token (YTN_creatorname) in exchange for receiving financial support.

How it works

• YouToken assigns creator tokens (YTN_creatorname) to each entrepreneur who is registered on the marketplace.
• Investors who are willing to support entrepreneurs’ creative ideas/projects are given the possibility to purchase the entrepreneurs’ creator tokens (YTN_creatorname).
• The more an entrepreneur succeeds, the more their YTN_creatorname price grows, bringing benefits to them and their investor(s). It works in a fashion similar to stocks on the stock market
• The total value of the YouToken platform is expressed in YTN tokens. YTN token is an asset that can be purchased/sold/traded on cryptoexchanges. The YTN token price depends on the quantity of entrepreneurs registered on YouToken and the quality of their projects.
• Investors who are registered on YouToken have the possibility to invest in entrepreneurs’ creator tokens (YTN_creatorname) as well as the tokens of the entire platform (YTN token).
• YTN token is a tradable asset that can be bought/sold/traded on external crypto-exchanges.

The YouToken team has a strong background in FinTech, Digital Media, and Crypto / Blockchain. We adhere to the principles of growth, integrity and sustainable governance, therefore we sell a small token to get a strong impetus for developing products and developing the capitalization of YTN tokens (this does not happen if most evidence is sold and full money is received in advance without the product in place).

1. The total value of the YouToken platform is expressed in the YTN token. Token YTN is an asset that can be bought / sold / traded on an external crypto exchange. The YTN token price depends on the number of entrepreneurs registered on YouToken and the quality of their projects.

YTN_creatorname token is a tradable asset on the internal exchange. The price of YTN_creatorname depends on the success / failure of the entrepreneur project listed in the YouToken Marketplace.

Currently YouToken is in negotiations with several leading exchanges to include YTN after the token sale expires.

YouToken Platform Structure

2. Production - funds raised and entrepreneurs begin to develop their projects.
3. Existence - developed projects and business processes launched. Vault is a storage program that stores funds for the "Production" stage of a project.

• The first thing to do is sign up for the youtoken platform using social registration or by email and passward.
• Once the email is received, youtoken will verify and access the token.

Creator Name (will be used to name YTN_creatorname tokens). Creator name can not be edited once is giving, 5. Country / city, 6. Profile Photos, 7. You describe yourself, 8. List your profile details on social networking.

After that all you need to do is to include your experience or project in youtoken market shops.
